Influence for Outcomes That Matter

A 6-Week Leadership Influence Intensive for Women
A leadership development program designed to help women strengthen the way they communicate, negotiate, and influence outcomes in complex professional environments.

With guided coaching, online training, and a structured workbook, you’ll apply the learning directly to the leadership conversations, decisions, and challenges you are currently navigating.
The Challenge High-Performing Women Face
High-performing women create enormous value inside organizations. They lead projects, solve complex problems, and bring strong insights to strategic discussions.

Yet in critical moments - leadership meetings, stakeholder conversations, budget discussions - the impact of their contributions can become reduced.
Not About Competence
Women leaders bring thorough preparation and strong ideas to every conversation.
But About Impact
The moment of influence becomes compressed by pressure, hierarchy, and resistance.
The Result
Contributions are significant, but outcomes aren't fully shaped.
The Pattern Many Women Leaders Experience
Prepare Thoroughly
Bring strong ideas and read the room carefully.
Focus on Value
Adapt to others and prioritize collaboration.
Pushback Appears
Softening message or over-explaining.
Maintain Harmony
Giving away value to keep peace.
Over time, this dynamic affects individual careers and means organizations don't fully benefit from the expertise and leadership potential of the women they employ.

Program Overview
Influence for Outcomes That Matter is a 6-week intensive leadership development program designed to strengthen women's ability to influence decisions, navigate resistance, and communicate with clarity in complex professional environments.

At the heart of the program are six guided coaching sessions, where participants work directly with the professional situations they are currently navigating.

These sessions provide a supportive space to explore challenges, strengthen clarity, and develop practical ways to move conversations and decisions forward.

The coaching is supported by a structured online training and workbook, which provides the conceptual foundation and practical tools participants bring into the sessions.

Each week, participants engage with the learning material and reflection exercises, allowing the coaching conversations to go deeper and focus directly on the participants’ real leadership situations.

This structure ensures that the coaching remains practical, focused, and immediately applicable.

Shape Outcomes
Influence is not created by technique alone. It emerges from the interaction between how we show up, how clear we are, and how we act in critical moments.

Be: The Foundation

Influence begins with presence. This dimension focuses on how a leader shows up under pressure: grounded, self-aware, emotionally regulated, and connected to what matters.

Without this foundation, even strong ideas can lose force in the room.
Grounded
Steady presence in pressure.
Self-Aware
Understanding your impact.
Emotionally Regulated
Managing reactions effectively.

Clarity: The Bridge

Clarity is the bridge between inner presence and external action. When you're clear about what you want and what matters most, you can frame your message, so it lands clearly.

Clarity reduces hesitation, over-accommodation, and value leakage.
What You Want
Define clear outcomes.
What Matters Most
Identify core priorities.
What You Stand For
Set non-negotiable boundaries.
Frame Your Message
Make it resonate clearly.

Do: The Action

This is where influence becomes visible. You learn practical tools for navigating real workplace challenges. Make collaborative proposals while protecting value and landing win-win agreements.

Doing the right thing at the right time in the right way is leadership in action.
Handle Resistance
Navigate pushback constructively.
Set Boundaries
Protect your value and time.
Move to Outcomes
Drive conversations forward.
Clear Proposals
Make compelling, actionable recommendations.
Stakeholder Dynamics
Navigate complex relationships.
